Advanced Inspection & Quality Control
Our experienced Quality Assurance team utilizes advanced inspection technology. For example, this includes Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), optical measurement systems, profile projectors, surface plates, and calibrated precision measuring instruments.
Additionally, we strictly maintain all inspection and measuring equipment under established calibration controls. Consequently, our applicable measurement standards remain fully traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Furthermore, we continually invest in inspection technology, process improvements, and employee training. As a result, we easily support increasingly complex customer and industry requirements.

Our inspection and measuring equipment is maintained on established calibration schedules to support accurate and reliable measurement results. Components undergo applicable in-process, visual, and final inspection in accordance with customer and BMW quality requirements.
