BMW Precision is constantly improving its workflow processes to increase productivity, accuracy, and reduce turnaround time.

Our programming department uses the latest MasterCam to convert your drawings into three dimensional renderings for fast, error-free setups.For our more involved Mill-turn Projects, we use Esprit.

Hand deburr for burr-free parts and tumbling capabilities for smooth finishes. Our visual inspection helps to ensure all parts are individually cared for and handled. Our newly added Centrifugal tumbler, adds unmatched speed to our high volume parts. Deburring and polishing BATCHES of parts in a matter of mere minutes. Our Mitutoyo Crysta 7106 has state of the art inspection programming for quick set-ups and error free inspections.

28 Conventional Machines for tooling and second operation. All tooling requirements of BMW can be made in house including Fixtures, Gages, and Special Tooling. All outside tooling is supplied by our own tooling supply company.
