Advanced CNC Programming & Software

BMW Precision Machining continually improves its programming and manufacturing
processes to increase efficiency, maintain accuracy, and reduce production lead times.


Our programming team utilizes Mastercam and CIMCO Edit to develop, verify, and optimize
CNC programs for complex machining applications. For advanced mill-turn projects, we utilize
ESPRIT to support efficient programming, machine simulation, and multi-axis manufacturing.

Our in-house finishing capabilities include hand deburring and tumbling to provide controlled
edge finishing and consistent workmanship. Visual inspection throughout the manufacturing
process helps ensure components are properly finished, handled, and protected.


Our centrifugal tumbling system provides efficient deburring and finishing for higher-volume
production, while our Mitutoyo CRYSTA-Apex S7106 CMM provides advanced dimensional
inspection capabilities for complex, close-tolerance components.

Tooling & Secondary Operations

Our conventional machining capabilities support tooling, secondary operations, and
production requirements throughout the manufacturing process.


With 40 conventional machines, BMW Precision Machining can produce many tooling
requirements in-house, including fixtures, gages, and special-purpose tooling. This capability
provides greater control over production, supports faster setups, and helps minimize reliance on outside resources.
