7 Swiss Machines, 5 CNC Lathe Turning Centers & 1 Mill Turn
Bar Capacity to 2 1/2 and 5 Swiss types to 1 1/4. We are able to provide production machining to .0002.
Precision Programing
We use the latest MasterCam to convert your drawings into three dimensional renderings for fast, error-free setups. Esprit is used for our DMG Mori Mill & mill turn machines.
Deburr & Tumble
Hand deburr for burr-free parts and in house tumbling capabilities for smooth finishes.
28 Conventional Machines For Tooling & Second Operation
All tooling requirements can be made in house to include Fixtures, Gages, and Special Tooling. All outside tooling is supplied by our own tooling company.
Our Quality Assurance Inspectors work with Coordinate Measuring Machines, Surface Plates, and GageMaster Shadowgraph Comparators as well as gages traceable to the National Bureau of Standards. Statistical process control is standard on every job in all affected axis. Our QA Department
